Where is the rear heater motor located on 2008 uplander

If the van has E59 on the RPO sticker you have to remove the left rear lower trim panel to access the motor. If it does not have E59 just remove the left rear compartment lid and compartment to access the motor. RPO E59 is a power left sliding door.

Where is the blower motor resistor located?

It is under the dash accessed behind the glove compartment. If I recall, there is a screw securing it and a plug attaching it to the wiring harness.
Gain access by pushing in the sides of the glove compartment that allows the door to lower out of the way.

Cant access motor compartment

Those screws are hidden under the plastic that you press to make the cord retract. The way I get into that area is to pry it up from the side of the cord retract panel. They take a fair amount of leverage to get it off but it is straightforward from there-Good Luck,
