    I guess I was mistaken on the type of help you guys provided,because I paid you fellows 6.00 dollars to get a subsidy code for my nextel i880, instead they sent me sites where I could go purchase the code, I thought that's what I paid you guy's for.If I can't get the code through you'll I would really appreciate my money back. IMEI NUMBER IS 001700232913710. AGAIN THANKN YOU.

You can not use The I880 on Tmobile...

Nextel is Iden and Tmobile is GSM,,

They are two different technologies

I have a motorola i880 that is a nextel from a previous service. I have at&t now but love this phone can i get it unlocked to use it with my at&t service
When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :-
This phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for this phone. You need to provide proof of ownership etc and the phone's unique IMEI number which is located inside the phone under the battery. They use this number to generate the unlock code for your phone.
They should provide you with instructions on how to enter this code into the phone.
Once you unlock the phone, then you can insert a new SIM card in this phone or sign up with another phone provider using this phone.
You could ring the phone provider and ask for the unlock security code because you are going overseas and wish to use your phone with a prepaid SIM card from another country. This maybe a free service.
The other way to get your phone unlock is to use a phone unlocking company on the Internet, they usually charge a couple of Dollars for their services. Use Google and search for "Security unlocking code” companies in your area.

I am tyring to unlock my nextel i880 but do not have the code. Trying to use it with tmobil my new carrier.
You will not be able to use this phone. The I880 runs off the Nextel (IDEN) Network and T-Mobile uses GSM. Its like asking the FM radio in your car to pickup SAT radio. Its not compatable. Their is really no reasonable way to make this work either. It would require you to replace the radion unit in the phone and then reflash the software to work with T-Mobile.

Sound as though maybe you're trying to use a "boost" sim card on a Nextel phone. The phone has to be unlocked in order for that to work.
