When I try to see the pictures I have taken it comes up "read error." What should i do?

Common problem with the Fuji. Locks up when using the flash or gives read errors. Firmware update does nothing useful. It's a generic answer. Sometimes a different memory card helps. Formatting the card will also temporarily remove the read errors but not the lockup problem.

I had this problem! just solved it by erasing all the photos off the card (or reformat it) hopes this helps!
