Plantronics Explorer 220 Bluetooth Headset Wireless Headset Logo

I am unable to connect my Plantronics to my HTC EVO. I charged the headset. Do you have any instructions how to do this. I believe my headset is dead. How can I tell. When I charge it the red light goes on and after a while it goes off. But then I am unable to get any indication that it is working. What are the steps. Thank you.

When you turn it on it should make a noise indicating that it is on. Try pairing it through your phone. (System/Settings/wireless & Networks/ Bluetooth)

Plantronics k100 loses connection and reconnects mid call how to solve this problem

First, try deleting the K100 out of your phone and, if you can, remove the battery from your phone. Once the phone reboots, try pairing the K100 back up to the phone and see if that resolves the issue.

To pair the Plantronics BackBeat 903 with an EVO 4G:

On the 903 headset:
With the headset powered off, press and hold the "Power/Pairing" button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red. This will put the 903 headset into pairing mode.

The red light and blue light in on permanently. The earpiece has been charged all night but when I push the earpiece to sync, the blue light on top of the base doesn't flash therefore no connection. Please...

Unplug the AC power from the Plantronics 500A base, leave it unplugged at least overnight if possible, no lights should be illuminated on the base. Then plug the power back in, charge the headset, and try re-pairing the headset to the Plantronics 500A base unit. Here is the link for the pairing instructions:

I am geting really bad staic in my plantronics voyager pro. I have the HTC EVO. Is there any way to get rid of the static?

Try to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.

Once you make your cell phone discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.

Trying to pair my HTC EVO to plantronics explorer 233 Bluetooth headset

Had the same problem and called Plantronics. They reminded me about putting the earpiece in "Discovery Mode" by holding down the button when turning it on until it flashes blue/red. Then have the EVO scan for bluetooth devices. It found mine right away.

220 Plantronics bluetooth instructions

Start with the device off but fully charged. Press and hold the call control button for 8 seconds; at this point, you'll see the light flash blue then red. You'll have two minutes to connect it to your new phone. Use the passkey 0000 after your phone finds the headset.
