Usually the screws are hidden under the cover of the handle ..and this will have to came out in order to screw them in place again ...The cover I'm talking about i s..the front cover ...facing you ...the part that gets in the palm of your hand...Take a good look cause this cover is usually just clicked (stapled ) in ...and if you insert a sharp object ..and you take it step by step from a side...you can get it out..
Or the ends of the handle comes out and after that the face of the handle ..slides out...and reveals the screws...
Here is a video on how to do this.

Hello,
you will be needing a Philip screw drive that you will be using to tighten the screw.
Depending on where the screw is located, it might be an easy or difficult task.
Check the front of the door handle and observe if you will see any screw. If you don't see any, further check for any rubber on the door handle because sometimes screws are hidden on the door handle.
If you don't see any handle, then it means the screw is holding the handle from the inside.
So open the oven door, check the door handle's area from the inside, and you should find the screw. If you don't find the screw, then something is covering it. Carefully remove whatever that is covering the screw from the inside of the oven door and after tightening the screw, make sure you cover whatever you have removed properly.
I hope you understand the above.
Good luck.

I had already done all that was suggested by the previous "expert". After removing the inner panel I still have no access to the screws as there is a metal frame work covering them as well. Can you tell me how to remove that so I can get at the screws without damaging the door or wrecking the retaining clips or whatever is holding the frame work in place?
The second solution was very helpful. Thanks
