According to the Owners Manual: Circuit Breaker (Reset Button)
Your scooter is fitted with the latest in electronic controls that are programmed to protect
the electrical system from abnormal overloads. Provided for extra protection is a circuit
breaker, located on the battery pack. Should there be a situation where your scooter stops
for no apparent reason, please check that the circuit breaker has not popped.

If you have misplaced your Owners Manual, here is a link to one. It may not be the exact model you have (as, your Model # was not recognized), but they all work pretty much the same way.

Hope this helps to get you scooting along, again.

My friend, you have an electrical short or overload problem, that keeps tripping the circuit breaker. It will not let you reset it it, as long as the overload problem exist . Try completely disconnecting the battery and give the electrical system and the circuit breaker time to reset itself. And look over the check list in the owners manual again. Especially, the part about the ignition key.

Scooter won't move when forward/reverse engaged.

From:

Engage the freewheel lever
- allows you to operate the mobility equipment with the standard controls.
Disengage the freewheel lever - This unlocks the unit and allows the wheels to spin freely. You can easy push the equipment without power. This is especially helpful if you run out of battery power and need assistance.

PRIDE MOBILITY 3 WHEEL SCOOTER FAILS TO MOVE FORWARD OR BACK

Hi. This is just a thought but have you tried putting the batteries back on the scooter and putting a volt meter on the batteries to get a reading when the lever is pressed on the scooter. Batteries can display as being fully charged (+12 volts) but often fail under load, meaning that as soon as you press the lever, the voltage will drop right off. If this happens, it is more than likely that your batteries are to blame.
Hope this helps.

Scotter will lock after running 10 feet

Check the batteries, charger, state of battery charge. Have the batteries load tested. Replace the batteries if over 2 years old and they load test bad

I have charged my MX 500 dirt rocket for 24 hours and the charger still is red. I took it off the charger and the back wheel went, but not going fast enough to stay up with both my feet off. When I hold...

The battery is probably bad. If a battery is fully discharged it can damage one of the cells in the battery. If you can replace the bad cell then it should charge correctly. Many of these batteries are made to be hard to open up and are hard to repair when they are opened. My best solution is to replace the battery and if that doesn't help then the charger is bad. When the charger is replaced then if both batteries are good then you will have a spare. I hope this helps.

I have the light up opn the dashboard illuminating the words C.DIFF LOCK what does it mean??

That means that the center differential is locked, making it 4-wheel drive, but restricting the tightness of turns that it can take. You should not operate it on dry pavement or above 45mpg in C DIFF LOCK mode or it could damage the car.
To turn it off, drive it to a level spot, stop, and press the button to turn it off. Drive a few feet forward and wait for the tone to go off. If necessary, put it in revers, drive backward a few feet and then go forward. That should turn the tone off and the light.

My srtrider will only go for a few feet then comes to an abrupt stop its abit like the back wheels jam..but then it will go for another couple of feet then come to a stop again there are no warning lights...

If your batteries are running very low, this is the most likely source of your problems. 80% of my scooter repairs involve batteries. The fact that your scooter runs is a good thing. The fact that it runs only a few feet and gives you no error code when it stops indicates the electronics have no battery power to indicate a flash code. The back wheels jamming probably relates to a no power condition causing the brake to lock (it takes power to release the brake and turn the motor)
This scooter uses two U-1 batteries that last between 1 and 2 years. From your description, I would replace the batteries first and make any further determination of any problems, if any, after that. These batteries are available locally at a large discount (between $50 and $160 each) and can be installed with basic tools, saving you money on the labor charge.
Shop around for the best price. Charge the new batteries fully before use. Enjoy.
Hope this helps.

Shows full charge, goes ok for a little while but then stops turn off then on goes very slow for seconds then stops again.

Hi Susan, I repair power wheel chairs, Its possible that your chair has a bad battery on it , all p/chairs have 2 batteries. And even though you show a full charge one battery may have a bad cell in it you need to get both batteries load tested . I think you my find one of them bad. take them out of chair and have them tested. You can get replacement batteries , and have yours tested at a store that sells batteries only, look in yellow pages for a battery store . Good luck, Erik

Batteries are fully charged but won't go forward

it should show 24v not 13,5volts, sounds like you only measuring one battery,

Check the fuse under the seat and check the reset button,

Could be a bad connection to the batteries or to motor check the B+, B- voltages, should show around 24v.
