Since printing 40 cd labels for the local church my canon has nerver been the same. It has all new ink catridges and alignment, cleaning rollers and nozzles etc and all i get is a washed out print on all settings even when i use the manual colour management option. I'm asking for you help as a last ditch effort before I toss this unit in the river and start a new. any thoughts?
Have you tried taking the print head out and cleaning all of the gummed up ink out of it. We had our black just quit on us and were just printing pale copy. There was an unbelievable build up on the print head. Another thread about the black not printing any more has a lot of stuff on this.
