General 1042-L not putting moisture in the air. Water valve is open and getting to the filter. The unit is clean.

best solution I have found to clean them is to buy yourself some (CLR) seems to work the best, I would recommend soaking as much of it as possible, the longer you let it work the better the results, hope that helped

A leaking humidifier is a sign that the unit's filter needs to be cleaned/changed. I had the exact same problem on this model.

That would the the 24volt soleniod valve that the water line attaches to. Steve

The 1042 has a valve that operates on 120 VAC. The 1042-LH has a valve that operates on 24V.
