I have a D945GNT here in the office had the same problem. Download the latest Bios, Chipset and AUDIO Software, not just the driver but the whole audio suite and reinstall it. Fixed the problem on the pc here.

Easiest Way to fix problem is explore/open cd navigate to software/drivers and install them one by one but make sure u have the correct cd inserted first

You are installing the driver for the desktop board A044412A while your board is D101GGC so why are you installing that driver? Install your compatible driver.

This is a link to Intel that should have all your drivers and provide you support. Torwards the top of the page there is a "Automatically detect and update drivers and software" selection that I recommend. There might pop up windows to allow the scanner(allow). I would start here because it will read your computer and tell you exactly what you have and what yoou should do.

this motherboard was not designed for windows 7 and also the driver disc you have is for windows 98/2k/xp so there are less chances that the drivers in the disc will not work with windows 7 i reccomend you to install some software like driver magician which will give you the drivers automatically for all the mbd components hre is the link
