I purchased an element electronics 32" Full HD digital LCD from Walmart with a Ready Set Mount LCD/Plasma Wall Mount, however the mount does not attach to the tv at the base. Do you know if this is the wrong mount, and if so is there another one i should purchase that can swivel? Thanks

u have to get a wall braked to do this.......go to a store where they sell televisons and they will help u with ur problem.....also it eill have a installation guide enclosed in the carton

To make it simple: Mounts go by the size of the TV.
You have the choice to get a standard mount that can only swing or a mount that can swing and tilt or even extend. Plasma TVs are a bit heavier, than LCDs therefore, you need a solid mount. There are wall mounts and ceiling mounts. Mounts can be purchased from Home Depot, Lowe's and best buy, they can also be bought on line. If you buy it from a local store and does not fit, you can take it back the next day, an option you wont have if you buy online.

Wall mounts use standard mounting configurations, you should be able to get a wall mount for a 32" flat panel TV at any local electronics store.

The cheapest I have found is Videosecu Dual Arm TV Wall Mount Bracket for Sony Bravia 32 37 40 42 46 50... on amazon. I hope this was helpful. regards

I purchased a Level Mount DC30SJ from Walmart online, then called Level Mount and they sent an adapter plate for no charge. It works great and was easy to install.

wall mounts are designed to fit most every unit.
some have locking tabs on the bar that stops them from bouncing off during an earthquake. it makes it harder for someone to walk away with your set.
try frys electronics depending on where you live, or hometech.com, or radio shack. other home electronics stores have them. even wallmart.
