SOURCE: how do i fit new

If the seals have what appears to be hooks at the corners, then unhook the old seals and re hook the new seals into the holes in the front of oven .
If no hooks, then the front of the oven needs to be unfastened.to replace the seals.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

SOURCE: can i purchase a replacement seal for around the

Hello,
That seal you should be able to order from any appliance spares supplier the Zannussi part number is. 3577252020. cost in euros. € 10.20 + vat.If it is the one I think it is then it is not easy to fit.The screws around the whole front panel have to be slackened off and the front prised forward dont take off fully pull old one off the new one has to be pushed in behind lip then fix all screws.may be easier with door off.
Hope I helped.

Testimonial: "Many thanks for your advice regarding the replacement door seal on my Zanussi oven. It does sound a little complicated to do the replacement, it may proove better to ask if the seal can be fitted by an expert repair man / woman, rather than me/ husband. I shall ask my local appliance shop for a cost price. I thought it may have been a quick D.I.Y. job thaks very much for your assistance "

We have a Hotpoint double oven spec# BD52K and after having the element refitted have notice that the bottom oven door no longer fits flush causing the oven not to seal correctly. is there any way that...

Assuming that the door was not removed for the new element to be fitted, then it sounds to ne as thiugh the oven door hinges are weak.
The only solution is to replace both door hinges,
If the door was removed, then it could possibly be not fitted back correctly.

Jenn Air Range Model 88370 oven only bakes in the back and leaves food raw in the front.

It will be the oven element that has failed, a new one wiil need to be fitted.

It is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.

I hope this helps.

Oven tempture

The solution I am proposing here only applys to electric ovens and not micro wave ovens.
The usual reason for fluctuating oven temperatures is a faulty or out of calibration thermostat.
Some thermostats can be recalibrated, but in my experience, it is better to replace it.
Another reason for fluctuating temperatures is a badly fitting oven door, or a worn or faulty door seal, the door should be a good firm fit agaist the seal.

Thanks.

New World G90M

Normally they are held on with metal clips at each corner, just pull the seal back and unhook the clips to remove the seal..
Re fit by hooking the clips into the holes in the front of the oven, you will probably have to stretch the seal to get it to fit with it being new.
Plz rate this solution.
Thanks.
