If you lost windows os password, you could go into safe mode (F8 when booting up) to reset windows password when you didn't remember user account password, but when you forgot admin password, there is no way to change it, you need to use software program to recover admin password. Yesterday morning, I forgot my Windows administrator password. Last, I used Windows Password Seeker to retrieve my Windows password successfully. It's worth trying. http://www.passwordseeker.com

Flash BIOS in support.dell.com bios master password will be reset

    You cannot flash the BIOS as you cannot get past the BIOS logon screen.

For removing Windows login Passwords safely, I strongly recommend windows password program. Few days ago, I downloaded one at http://www.reset-windows-password.com I burned it to a Usb memory card. Booting up and clearing my password within just 5 minutes
