The "file format is incorrect and the printer cannot process the job".
But you already knew that.
Is it ALL jobs that get this error?
If it's just the one, it could be corrupted

Power off from the back of the printer. Disconnect the power cord.
Reconnect the cord and power up.
Check the "graphic language setting"...refer to the user guide.
Resend the job to the printer.
Make sure that the firmware is up to date.
Upgrading the firmware will re-install the PostScript fonts.
The file you are trying to print could be password protected. Resend job without password protection.

Your player is telling you that you have the wrong format to play songs on it...you will have to change your file formats of your songs to play on your player.
Here are the formats that your player will play:
Audio: MP3, WMA, ACC, FLAC, WAV

File Format error

Either the file with wrong format or corrupted. If the same file format work with another player, then try formatting the MP3 player.

Format problem

If "format error" is flashing, the format of the file system is wrong - it needs to be reinstated as Atrac3 file format. I'm guessing you formatted it using the option on your computer. I've had this problem with my Sony NW-E105, and fixed it. Turn on the player, and press your menu button. Scroll over until the option displays "format", and then select that.
