More info please ..but can you open other account or just your face book account ?
try changing your security settings and it think its not on the router but the ISP settings if so .. try contacting them for more info
or try contacting the admin in face book

did you do something to break the agreement>?
did you received any warnings from the admins ?
have you opened you FB acc on other computers?
did you share your password w/ others?
and have you offended someone in face book?
these are the main reasons why the account gets disabled in facebook

That is because your facebook account is disabled. Did you do this? If not, someone probably had access to your account and disabled it. You should be able to contact facebook to get it re-enabled.
