Need to replace toilet seat and cover for a Williamsburg, white toilet. The part number I have is 5395.700.....but I have learned this number no longer exists. What number toilet seat/cover fits a Williamsburg toilet. I bought an elongated from Lowes and it is too big. Help!

I too have the same toilet seat that needs replaced. Porcher just told me there is NO replacement seat that can be used and they no longer make nor have stock of this toilet seat. I have a local company looking into the problem and will get back to me. For now I am going to take detailed measurements of hinge placement and length/width etc, and take a tape measure to every home imporvement store in the area. Anyone with any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Well, something is amuck with the valve. What you do is jsut replace it. The plastic gets brittle, eventually.
There is also a chance that the shut off valve washer is causing issues. If the problem persists, look into that, also. The washer sometimes shrinks and will not remain open. It is an easy replacement fix.

If the seat is a molded wood seat, you can usually get bumpers by contacting Bemis Customer Service, 920-467-4621. The bumpers on plastic seats are not replaceable because they are part of the seat.

I have not been able to find a "tribeca" on the Duravit website but on the site of one of their parts distributors I found the Duravit Toilet Seat DUR 006331000. Is this your model? Starck 3

On the Duravit website this product looks very similar but not the same number.

I was not able to find replacement hinges for this model sold separately. You might consider using their Find a Retailer feature to find an outlet close to you where you might make inquiries or order hinges and/or a new lid.

If it doesn't embarrass you, you could take the two nuts off the bolts holding the seat on, put the seat in a bag and take it to a Home Depot or Lowes or Walmart etc and match a new one to your old one. Good Luck
