I couldn't find your model of watch so I looked at the only accuquartz instructions on the list.

The instructions say that you should never change the date between 9p.m. and 3 a.m. as it might affect the accuracy and the date.

If you haven't got a copy of the instructions, it might be useful to look at their web site "boluva.com",
after choosing your region click on one of the images and then on "service center". Choose your instructions form those listed ( I think yours is under "Accutron". Use the slider on the right to scroll through the offerings.

If after following there instructions closely you are still having problems, a visit to a local dealer may be needed.

When changing time zones, your watch must be manually set for the new time zone you will be entering. This watch is not designed to adjust for new time zones automatically. Instructions for changing time zones can be changed using the directions found on pages 2-4 in your instruction manual. When changing to and from DST, your watch should automatically adjust for this difference with the next 24 hours after the change. If your watch has not adjusted, you may be in an area that is not receiving signal. Check if your watch has received signal by using the directions found on page 1 of your instruction manual. If your watch has received signal in the past and no longer is receiving signal, your watch may need to be serviced or exchanged. When you're in the regular time mode press "set". The secons should blink. Pressing "mode" brings you to the hour spot (hour should blink). Press "adj" to change the hour. To set the min., press "mode" again and the min. spot should blink press "adj" to change. Keep pressing "mode" then "adj" until all necessary time components are set correctly. Press "set" to get to regular time mode.
