When I recieve an e-mail that has a video to watch , I can download it but I can't watch it, it tries to start and then it stops and it tries to start again ,,so i can't watch it please advise me what to do

Download video codecs u can get from google download and install example: quick time player, real player,DIVX player or any other player it is a type of a plugin for the videos which are in different format

Your best bet is to hook all your video components directly to TV, using your TV's menu to choose what you want to watch, and then hooking reciever to TV via digital optical out from TV to digital optical in on reciever. From what I read, your reciever has 6 digital optical inputs. Anyway, try running, at least, your cable box to TV, best by HDMI, the run digital optical out to reciever. Make sure you go throught he recievers menu to make sure you have he right channel selected for audio.
are you watching video clip on the internet?
if YES check your internet connection..
if NO try downloading VLC player it is totaly free and works better than your ordinary media player..

You need to upgrade your internet connection. If you think your connection is good enough try to refrain from downloading large files from the internet while watching videos in YouTube.
If you don't recieve them, how will you know that the person/people you're trying to email didn't receive them?
Those are a GOOD thing. It means there's something wrong with the address. I would consider going back to snail mail and avoiding e-mail altogether to avoid those notices... because unless you get the email address correct EVERY single time you send an email, there's no way to stop them.. Seriously... you should want to know when something you e-mailed failed. Those notices only mean you have the address wrong.
what you need to do its try and let the whole video download for a few minutes before you try and watch it. it always works for me. good luck i hope i helped. :)
Ill explain whats happening
as you watch the videos, they are downloading and buffering
now, on you your question, why is there a whilte thing and start stop when watching videos?
the video is not downloading fast enough, this may be due to too many other programs running, or something else is downloading when your trying to watch these videos

i would call black berry tech support . Some blackberry need a soc or code added to recieve video and pic mail and sometime certain data from one server to another is not compatible . Well hopefully its just adding the code and it all pans out for you
Check out your incoming / outgoing server details and test settings once from Outlook->Account settings.
Also check for dns settings if you are using any vpn connection.

The only way for that I think is just call customer service? Or if you still have the confirmation e-mail, just check it again...Usually, they indicate the Username and Password on the first e-mails that you've recieved from whatever site you've purchased that game...
