The Cd/Dvd drive needs to be replaced, if you already tried putting in a cd or dvd that you know works in another player, then the one on your Aspire 4315 is broken.

The Acer Aspire Z5700 Desktop Computer includes a slimline CD/DVD burner capable of burning the following media: CD-R, CD+R, CD-RW, CD+RW, DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL (double layer), and DVD+R DL (double layer).

Basically, this computer can burn to any type of recordable CD/DVD media except for BluRay.

According to the ACER Aspire 6920 specs, it does not have a Blue-ray player only DVD CD R/W drive. Therefore it cannot play blue-ray movie disks.
The specs of the DVD drive are as follows :-
Optical Storage

• Type DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM - Integrated
• CD / DVD read speed 24x (CD) / 8x (DVD±R) / 6x (DVD±R DL)
• CD / DVD write speed 16x (CD) / 8x (DVD±R) / 4x (DVD±R DL)
• CD / DVD rewrite speed 16x (CD) / 6x (DVD-RW) / 8x (DVD+RW) / 5x (DVD-RAM)

1. Disconnect your CD/DVD
2. Uninstall magic iso
3. Use a good anti-virus and scan all your hard drives.
Reconnect your CD/DVD. Verify if it works.
4.If not, right-clic "My computer", manage, select disk manager, assign a different drive letter to all drives but C:. Reboot. Verify.
5. Lastly, make a backup, reformat all your drives, reinstall Windows.

My cd/dvd rom dont work coz the drive has change to another one.I think take windows xp/vista/7/8 with an usb and inslat it. When windows finished installing try to format it because the dvd and cd rom are fixed . Thnx

Not possible at all. To install XP or Vista again, you need a CD/DVD drive working. (or) Contact Aspire(or local technician) if they can ship a XP/Vista pre-installed Hard-disk.

do you get an error 200 yet ? i got one here that does the same thing and its a bad motherboard. tried to replace cd drive and harddrive and was no help

the motherboard cost to much and not worth the part and labor
