This is one of those watched with multiple dials and dozens of functions. It sounds like there is an hourly repeating alarm at 10 minutes to the hour. All time zones are synchronised to the top of the hour. The best thing to do is remove the batteries for 2 minutes and replace them. Then set the time again.
Easiest way is to take watch to a watch repair, jewelry store, or big box store like Walmart. They can sell you that battery and install it for you.
To determine the battery type, you will need to refer to your manual, or you can try looking on the back of your watch (which sometimes lists the battery type.)

to turn off hourly chime on the times wr 30m, simply press (in any mode, i just use the regular clock mode) the start/stop button (top right hand button) once (for about half a second).
if you don't hear anything, you've turned off the hourly chime! if you hear two short beeps, you've turned on the hourly chime. turning the chime off/on is cyclic. if you press once and hear nothing, it's off. if you press again, you'll hear two beeps and the hourly chime is now on. a lot of times that button hits my wrist (i wear it on my left hand) by accident, and that's how the chime turns on and off. i hope this helps someone.
To turn off the hourly beep: While holding the lap/reset button down, press the mode button. When all 7 day flags show, the hourly chime is on. When no day flags show, the chime is off.
