Everything works except the Microwave. Even when you start the Microwave the table turns etc but no heat. Was making a buzzing noise then burning smell.

You may have failing magnetron or shorted high voltage diode, but on some models, it is a failing capacitor on the controller.
We would need to know the full model number from the tag in the cooking cavity or elsewhere on the microwave, such as the door frame, controller frame, etc.
Please post a new help request with that and more detailed symptoms.
All:
I have a 2003 Sears Ultra Wave microwave 721.63682300 with a similar problem. A few months ago it started giving off short buzzes when turned on. That stopped but then I noticed that everything took twice as long to heat up. After quite a bit of teardown&inspection I found a circuit break in the inverter board leading to ZD704 diode (pictured). I will now try to find a replacement diode to see if replacing will fix it. Thanks for your postings.
I have a GE counter top microwave oven. When the oven starts cooking (the magnetron turns on) the oven makes a harsh buzzing noise. What is wrong and what should be done?
The noise is coming from the high-voltage transformer being overloaded
by something shorting it out. Either the magnatron or the
high-voltage capacitor and diode. Replace the capacitor and
diode then if still not working, replace the magnatron. Its only
affordable if you do it yourself - buy the part on EBAY - lookup
"universal magnatron"
Hope ya fix it!
This is not safe.
If the fan is not running, the magnetron will quickly overheat and be destroyed.
