Dirt and grease between glass in oven door

take a profile of the glass shape (cut out the shape from cardboard) and go to a glass supply shop ( glass windows , doors , shower screens etc)
they should be able to cut and then temper the glass to make it heat proof for the door
if they cannot temper it they should be able to tell you where you can get it done

You didn't say what brand or model but here is a link to a youtube video for a Frigidaire oven, Other brands and models on youtube too. You will probably be able to get a replacement kit from sears parts direct if you have the brand and model number. Or an appliance parts store or ebay.

Use a good air gun to blow off dirt inthe regulator. dirt in the nozzle and the burners.
Use a good brush to assist, or a thin metal wire to push through the gas passage .The air mixing section must be fitting correctly wedged.

You need to take the door off and apart. Glass is very hard to clean as the dirt bakes on it, so if you want it to look like new then just buy a new piece of glass.

put the door down, and unscrew all the screws inside the oven door. Be prepared for the door to come apart as you come to the last few screws.

ah, you lucky guy. You can try a hard reset by unplugging the range for a good 1/2 hour, then plug back in. Unfortunutely this probably won't work, as these clock/timers are notorious for only lasting a few years. You have to blow $150+ and replace the clock/timer. Note: A hair dryer will help you get the face off the old one to put onto the new one.

Your problem shows a stove, but I am guessing that you are talking about a door to your home. Use the Yellow Pages directory in your phone book (online FixYa does not provide local physical assistance) and look up GLASS companies in your local area. Call and get a quote for someone to come out and install a new glass pane in your door. If it is a security door, it will probably be TEMPERED glass. Hope this helps. Usually short instructions come with the glass. Just be careful about the wires not to pinch them tween the new glass and the frame. Use the type sealant they recommend.
