Unless you just have to have the "Pebbles" look, I would suggest changing it over to the "Coal" look, as this is an option. Rather than having individual coals, they are formed into one piece. Therefore, they will not slide or pop out like the pebbles do,

The popping out may be caused by delayed combustion. This happens when gas builds up under the pebbles and finally ignites in a big, whooshing type explosion. Which can cause the small pebbles to pop or slide out of the firebox.

Hope this helped solve your problem. Please let me know.

Paragon Focus RS gas fire will not light.

Your problem is the fire not the remote. As it is gas, you need to call a gas certified technician. Igniter or thermocouple issue is the most likely causes.

Before we use diesel power generators, installation and connection should be carried out, installation site should be well ventilated, generator end should have enough air intake, diesel generator end should have good air outlet, sowhat matters should be paid attention to for daily fuel tank installation?
1.We should select a suitable location, the location needs to be safe and fire-proof, and should be placed in a visible place, properly far from the location of the diesel generator set and smoking is strictly prohibited.
2.Special fuel tank base must be built in the tank compartment, so that the tank can be placed on it alone and the interior needs to be filled. Paving the floor with fist-sized pebbles and filling the cracks with yellow sand, which can prevent the diesel oil leaking into the sandstone whendiesel oil leakage appears in the machine room. Even if fire is currently generated, it will not burn, because it has passed through yellow sand.
3.We need to do a good job of fire control measures in the machine room, also need to equip fire extinguishers, gas masks and other items, to ensure that when such a failure occurs, it will not cause harm to our personal safety.

Paragon 2000r gas fire - not coming on. pilot light is coming on with remote control but then goes out without activating or lighting the fire.

I have the same problem occasionally with a Paragon 2000R. It seems to be related to the thermocouple. The pilot flame does not heat the thermocouple enough. Usually re-arranging the the artificial coal to reflect some of the heat back to the thermocouple will just make the difference. Maybe it is time for a new thermocouple.

i had a similar problem, with another tevion model, earlier this year. i was able to resolve it by getting in touch with Pebble Electronics, (they handle the tevions). you might start by emailing your details to [email protected].
hope this is of some help.
