I cannot connect to facebook, everytime i go to the webpage the browser have error: The webpage at http://www.facebook.com/index.php?lh=a23afd108b6f39fd06dc389e92b7b6f4&eu=WsWsBsq0n2LdlBlHpz7A8w might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Don't use a shortcut for Facebook. Just type http://www.facebook.com into your browser address bar. If this works delete your old shortcut (icon) and create new one with the "http://www.facebook.com" address.

If you're using Google Chrome this has helped some people...

1. Click the Wrench icon located on the right side of the browser.
2. Click Options.
3. Click the Under the Hood tab.
4. In the Privacy section, untick Use DNS pre-fetching to improve page load performance.
5. Click the Close Button.
6. Restart Google Chrome

Also make sure you are using the latest version by clicking the Wrench and "About Google Chrome".


If that doesn't work or you're not using Chrome you might consider trying OpenDns.com It's free and will improve your online experience.

goto control panel > internet options >
delete all cookies and temp files and offline webpages > click security tab reset all to default if using IE 6 you have to click each symbol and click default.. click advanced and reset both buttons.. that should fix your crash problem if it doesnt then add remove programs and uninstall and reinstall IE 7
