you need to enable pop up to print! another way to bring up the print dialogue is by ctrl + P, highlight and print

AOL Mail is an email service provided to the customers of American Online as well as Web users.

When you print an email using AOL Mail software, you may notice that the font size either appears too small or too large.

AOL Mail gives you the flexibility to adjust the font size and thus, the size of the print.

Note that these instructions apply to AOL 9.0 or higher.

Launch your AOL Mail software from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.

Log in using your AOL screen name and password.

Click "Settings" on the top bar.

Click "Font and Text."

Click the font type drop-down menu to choose either a larger or smaller font type than the current one.

Click the font size drop-down menu to choose either a larger or smaller font size based on your preference.

Click "Save."

While in your email browser you can try adjusting the text size by holding down control and pressing the (=) key to make the text larger or by pressing the (-) to make it smaller. This works usually works for web based and program email readers.

Depends on what your using for mail. If your using windows live go to tools/options/read/fonts and select small
In MS Outlook select tools/options/mail format/stationary and fonts

Any mail utility you use will have preferences - you need to go through the options and set them to your liking.

When you try to print, in the printer dialog box you can see the Printer properties button. Click it and you can see the paper quality and print options. please change the print fit. Also, set the paper tye when you print.

Chnage the Font size in the Display panel in seeting

Try scanning the instructions you do have into a computer and, then, use the magnification feature in the program that the scanned image is in to enlarge the print.

Font sizes are a program thing nothing to do with the printer
 Examine your E-mail client set up in the read section[Different E-mail programs different setting ] probably under a heading
Tools/Options and look at how the font sizes are organized.
