It appears that in this case, replacement parts were not required (possibly loose handle attachment screw).
But, it should be noted that if parts are necessary, most if not all Moen (and many others) faucets have a lifetime warranty (generally limited to defective functional parts, not cosmetic issues). If you can wait a few days for shipping time, they will send you new parts.

There is a set screw at the base of the handle on the back side, could be alen or regular screw driver type. This link will help you find it.

Remove the plastic red and blue insert or what ever color yours is under the handle in the front. Tighten the set screw with an allen wrench. Be careful not to over tighten or the screw will break off.
