I have 200 Microsoft headsets that need repairing. We are based in Noida. Can somebody tell me from whom i can get them repaired ?

Sometimes just unplugging the power adapter on the base of the CS70N and letting the power drain out will help. If you can leave the unit unplugged over night that's even better. Plug it back in the next day and let your headset charge up for a few hours. Then try repairing headset to base. I have included Headsets Directs link for pairing headset to base below.

Try leaving the 500A base unplugged (overnight if possible). Make sure your headset is charged, and then try the repairing mode. In a way this is resetting the base by letting all of the power drain out of it and starting fresh.

there is probably an error in the configuration of the scanner. You would need to setup the scanner for a specific interface (like USB, Keyboard Wedge, RS232 or similar).

Do an internet search. there a few guys out there. Bells cb shop is pretty good.

the cost for a new touch panel is around $80 fitted as i live in australia im not sure of the closest repairer to you but any good electronics repair shop who deal with microwaves can help you look in your local phone directory

p.s the only time we replace touch panels are when they are worn out if the buttons are not responding then the problem is not the touch pad this is a repaly problem but is cheaper to repair have them check as to the correct fault before asking to have the panel replaced

I see this problem frequently and it typically happens after a storm but can happen in fine weather too. Your base station has taken a surge and needs replacing or repair. You can just buy the base, and re-register your handsets to it and off you go. If you google Siemens cordless repair you can find someone. Hope that solves your problem. Good Luck
