Why wont my oven and broiler work on my kenmore 790.950.32503 oven

replace the igniter. Even though you see it glowing, it's failing.

May be a loose wire or need to replace wire. Test with a amp tester to rule out bad wiring. fix the loose wire if that does not work replace the wiring.Good luck

You are probably right though often the ignitor will glow, but just not hot enough for the valve to open. I would definitely try replacing the ignitor first, it is much cheaper than the gas valve and those valves rarely go bad. It is possible that the thermostat is not sending 120V to the valve, and thus the ignitor but less likely.

go to www.repairclinic.com enter model number and look for the igniter it seems to me you need to change this part. Note it is very fragile.

The problem is your bake ignitor. The following link explains:

The bake and broil oven features each have their own separate igniters and operate independently of one another. That explains why the broiler still works. They are, however, fed from the same gas source. So...the logical conclusion would be to replace your bake igniter (the no glowing is usually a dead give-away).
