My nokia 602
is showing a headset symbol on the screen and there is no sound in my ear piece and the mouth piece is not working as well, unless i use the headsets.

Hai, if you see symbol headset on display screen, open your set, clean that pcb on charger n connector area, some time this happen during splash water. if pin of connector do not tuch on board, headset or car symbol will be apear on screen, ringtone cant be function thru loud speker..But if problem still happen, maybe tone in need to change.
go to the menu on your phone select manage connections turn on bluetooth then you'll see search listen, etc. position on search don't press yet
get your ear piece ready:
press the on button and hold it until you see a solid blue light (not blinking but solid) if it blinks try again until you get a solid blue light (it takes about 5-8 seconds) when that happens go to your phone and press search it will look for devices (it may find several)
look for your earpiece model and select it
it will ask for a code or passkey, type 0000. Then it's going to ask if you want to bond or pair click yes and it will connect
check on the connection manager again and your bluetooth should be on and connected.
that head set you have bourght, has a different pins for a mouth piece. (mic)
open the equipment and the three wires if its sterio, tip, ring and sleeve. sleeve is ground for both a mic and ear piece.
or check the ear piece wires with the jack connected to the set. use contnuiety resistance.
Begin with Headset turned off. Press button for 6
sec. Release button when Light Indicator flashes
blue and red. Headset is ready to pair with
Bluetooth device.
Use your device?s menu to enter pairing mode
and select ?320 Plantronics? on the display.
When asked for passkey, enter ?0000.?
