In the device manager (start button, right-click computer, properties, then select device manager) right-click the PCI simple communications controller entry that I assume has a yellow exclamation mark. Then, select properties, and select the details tab of the properties box. In the 'Property' pull-down box, select Hardware IDs. In the "Value" box below you will see the information that tells you what part of the computer is having an issue, but it will be in code!
The code will look something like: PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_026C&SUBSYS_81CB1043&REV_A2
To crack the code, take the numbers/letters after VEN_ and DEV_ and enter them in the vendor and device search boxes at
www.pcidatabase.com . This will tell you the common name of the component in question (for example, IDT High Definition Audio Driver by Intel Corporation).
Once you know the device in question, you can get the appropriate driver to install. This may be an onboard component of your motherboard and require a trip to MSI's download page for this motherboard's drivers:
http://www.msi.com/product/mb/K9MM-V.html#/?div=Driver
More details can be provided if you post which operating system you are using and the results of the device info lookup described above.
