go to call log and open it click with ball and choose full menu go to options and change your options also if you can take it to your provider store they will help you set it up.
i would call black berry tech support . Some blackberry need a soc or code added to recieve video and pic mail and sometime certain data from one server to another is not compatible . Well hopefully its just adding the code and it all pans out for you
you have to take both simcards to a nextel shop and they can switch all your contacts to the new one and they can also send any ringtones that you have as well
