I have a 1986 Coleman Skamper, 170c. pop-up. Is there is place to put a battery if I am camping w/o a hook up site?

How do I replace my broken cabel or coil in my '94 Skamper pop up camper. The cabel is bent on the right rear corner, It is twested and bent and I have tried to repair it but keeps getting twested and re-bent. My question is if I can't replace it or repair it can I cut it off andraise three corners and left the right corner and prop it up with a bar support.
