Looking for chat transcript of an earlier problem

Click Fixya.com link (you may require to log in) and check My Activity tab to view chat session link/ tab. Click on it to view chat session transcript.

You should go to your FixYa user area . . .

. . . then click on the chat you had with Daniel S in the "My Problems" list. This will open a transcript of the chat session. You will then have an option to reconnect the chat session and either speak with Daniel again or speak to another expert. Your problem has not been solved so this is the best course of action.

You will need to login to your account to view the transcript.

The live chat doesn't seem to have been disconnected since you accepted and rated it. It sounds like you accidentally ended it. But don't worry, open the transcript of the session under your profile where yuo can reply to my posts and continue the communication through email at no further cost. You may also check your email for the notification that I posted something on the transcript then click on the link to get to the transcript and reply.

Please inform the admin/billing people should you want to reconnect with me. They may reconnect you with me at no additional cost and instead use the one you paid for.

Click on My Profile link on top right of this page then click on My Problems on that page, you will see chat link with taran_2005, click it to see chat thread/ transcript.
Click HERE to see chat history of taran_2005 and click on chat link that you had, this will also take you on above page to view chat session.

You need recovery software.
Look online for Active recovery or Ontrack. I am not sure if you will have to buy the software to do the recovery, but, you can test the process and see if the file is recoverable without paying for it.
Ontrack is easier to use.

Hi there. I was in a live session with your earlier, but it seems like you were disconnected. Anyways here's how you do it
Click on the options button in the upper right corner of your screen and click on switch to yahoo mail classic thats all. I am attaching an image to this post for your reference.

Can I contact my Live Chat Expert after the chat session is over? You can correspond with your Live Chat Expert by posting a comment to the Chat Thread, located inside the My Problems section of your My Profile page. Click on the question you posted to access your chat transcript, and leave comments. The Live Chat expert will be able to view these comments. Where can I view the transcript of my Live Chat session? Your chat transcript can be located inside the My Problems section of your My Profile page. Click on your question to access your chat transcript.

If you are signed in to FixYa, go to My Profile and see if the chat is not listed there for you to access.

Just so you know, I can't follow links to chats. I generally need the name of the customer and the date of the chat in order to look up a specific chat. Which chat are you talking about, the one with TITLE or the one with rocrich777? Looking at the transcripts from both those chats, I can't figure out what you're asking about. Please clarify for me. Thanks!

And please rate this a FixYa. I need to work my account up to Wiz or Guru so that I can view the site the way that you guys are. You'd think the company could just do it automatically, but they can't. :)
