The autofocus might be shut off on the lens and/or camera, or the camera might be getting old and the parts may be going out internally.

My pl1 camera has blurred pictures but when lens taken out, its ok.

Are you using an auto-focus m4/3 lens? I have about 20 lenses for this camera and only 1 of them is an auto-focus m4/3 lens. I have an adapter so I can use my 4/3 lenses on it in auto-focus mode along with other various mounts (including cctv) that do not support auto-focus. So if you are using a non-auto-focus lens, you will need to manually focus the pictures.
If you are certain it is an auto-focus lens, are you sure you have it set to auto-focus?
What settings do you have your camera set to (aperature mostly is what I'd like to know)? Try adjusting your aperature to be small (to increase your DOF).
Also what lens are you using and what is your focal distance? It could be your lens has a larger or shallower focal distance than what you are trying to achieve (like a macro lens doesn't work that great for landscape photography or a telephoto lens doesn't work great for macro photography).
Last thought: is your lens or sensor dirty? A dirty lens can cause focusing issues if it is REALLY dirty and a dirty sensor can too (sensor is a bigger pain to clean. I strongly recommend taking it to the pros as they scratch really easily). Dirty lenses can be cleaned with a blower and a lint free cloth and rubbing alcohol if those 2 things don't clear it out.

I have a fujifilm Finepix 2650 digital camera. I have run thru all its settings, even tried 'Manual' mode. But nothing makes any difference. It will auto focus inside when zoomed all the way, but...

Unfortunately it sounds like there is damage to the lens which is only fixable by replacing the lens assembly.

The labor involved plus the price of a used lens (a new one would only be possibly be available through Fuji directly if they will still repair the camera) would be far more than the value of the camera.

You can probably buy a used one on 3b@y for $30. (They don't pay me so I don't type their name)

My photo's are not sharp and clear. What am I doing wrong?

you could be doing nothing wrong, These cameras have auto focus and when there pas there prime, you need to get them fixed basically.

If the output is out of focus more then likely the auto focus is your issue.

Hope this does help, would be considerate if you do leave a rating or feedback before you go, Thanks

Every time i take a picture with my nikon d-40 the pictures are blurry. the camera is on auto focus but i can't seem to get the picture to come out clear. any suggestions?

Is your shutter speed fast enough? If not, you'll need a faster shutter speed or a tripod.

Are you using the proper focus sensor? Is the entire image blurry or just portions of it?

What happens if you focus manually? If it comes out sharp, then there's a problem either with the lens or the autofocus system on the camera. Have you tried it with a different lens?

Is the AF switch on the lens set to A?

Picture not clear

see if the webcam has a turnable ring around the lens, that is the manual focus

if the webcam has auto-focus, this may be controlled by the software that came with the camera - check here, the auto-focus function may have been disabled
