Hi
Thanks
for using FixYa. This issue can be either due to a faulty door latch or
door lock switch which is not engaging itself. And, if the door latch will not
engage the dishwasher will sense it as open door and will not start the cycle. The
light also blinks when the dishwasher detects a no-fill
condition. You’ll need to get access to the fill valve by removing left
panel, look at back to see where valve is when you get to it remove one of the
wires and set meter to ohms setting and put a lead on each tag on valve. The
reading you should be about 3.6k ohm if you don’t get a reading then the valve
is at fault. I'll also suggest you to check the detergent dispenser
solenoid for this issue. Please do accept the solution if the issue is
resolved or else post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks
Rylee
SOURCE: When you switch the dishwasher
Says here the overflow pipe night be blocked and needs to be cleared. When it's cleared if you still get a code "F" and it is still trying to pump dispite no water then remove the side panel and you will more than likely see you have water in the base. Remove the water and run the dishwasher with the side panel off and look for a water leak.
