There is no solution. These juicers do not eject the pulp and go out of balance very easily.
Don't feel bad, I've seen you tube videos where the demonstrator couldn't keep it under
control. If you are unable to master it, consider a pulp ejecting or masticating type juicer.
I had this same problem until I discovered that I was simply trying to go too fast. I think the problem arises when too much still-juicy pulp (as opposed to well-juiced, nearly dry pulp) gathers in the pulp basket. When I inserted the produce more slowly, I was able to get quite a lot of juice (more than a quart) before the problem reasserted itself. At that point, it was simply time to clean the basket. I hope you haven't given up by now; this is THE BEST JUICER ON EARTH.
