Blurred copies usually stem from a deteriated opc(drum)
to eliminate the optics, run prints directly, a management list is best, turn sub switch off, press/hold 3and6 while turning machine back on, press on screen, list print, management list, if these are blurred then change the drum, don't forget to do counter clear for drum, also in 36 mode. blank copies usually are down to poor transfer.
does the machine code at all?

I have never heard of a developer moving backwards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???
the motor that runs it, the .... there is too much involved to mention. A developper moving backwards will spill so much toner in the machine anyway.
If you get a copy and then it goes blank, that tells me you have a problem with the SEPERATION UNIT, it may be shorting out causing the paper to rise against the drum giving you blank copies.
A blurr copy tells me there is a problem with the Scanner/Optics area. maybe the rails that the scanner run on are too dry or has a problem, the optics(mirrors) may be misaligned.
Not sure what you mean by (hanging) ??

I have a konica 7020 machine, the first copy comes with horizontal black lines but not the others (when copying e.g more than one copy)

1 look to the drum surface for scratch if their is replaced it. 2 the write unit might already defective. Damage drum will cause sparks to charging unit and Horizontal lines produce.

Copy of konica 7135 is unclear while running. at first is copy is clear, later the copy is not clear... blurred

try to make some copies from your pc if the results is ok that simply means something with your scanner unit, for exaple the pnnel needs to be lubricated and the ccd unit needs to be cleaned.

Toner is not fusing to paper right after changing drum.

Verify the fuser ubit components ,mechanical part, the pressure roller lever in close position and the transfer corona position.

Konica 7040 trouble code 51-4

This 51-4 code is directly related to the write unit. It can either be a bad lazer index control board mounted externally to the side of the write unit or a bad M5 polygon motor. It is better to replace the whole write unit. Konica P# 26WA-6500.
On a side note, the 7020 write unit can be used in place of the 7022 write unit & is far less prone to failure then the 7022 write unit! 7020 write unit Konica P# 26NA-6500.

Konica 7020 Printer

HI,
you need to reset the fuser latch as it has a fuser error code most likely needs new thermisters,
anyways give this a go, hold down 2 and 5 keys together and power on machine, this will put you into to a service mode call 25 mode, go to dip switch 3 and bit 1 and then next to bit 1 hit the key that says turn off,
turn machine off and back on should clear error code, if it doesnt you need new thermisters, even when you put in new thermisters you still need to clear this error in service mode
