Sorry, upon further searching I noticed that their driver download page is empty:

"Silicon Image does not develop drivers for ADD cards. Drivers are developed by Intel, to work with Intel's chipsets on the motherboard. Drivers may be found on the Intel support web site."

Reply with your graphic card model and I will search it for you.

Hi, can I use a Dell Silicon Image Orion ADD2-N DVI Video Card for my emachines T3508?

Your eMachines T3508 has one PCI-Express (PCI-E x16) slot available, so yes you can use this card with it (this video card for newer Pentium 4 motherboards with PCI-x slot).

I have a Silicon Image 164 ADD DVI card added to my HP desktop DVI-D access card in an effort to get a dual monitor configuration. I get an exact clone in the second monitor. I have an HP compaq desktop...

If the Intel graphic card is part of the motherboard, you need to disable this in the BIOS. You need to install the Silicon grpahic driver, then you will be able to configure the screen resolution etc for each monitor.

Choosing a GPU

SAPPHIRE 100256L Radeon HD 4670 1GB
  • Chipset Manufacturer: ATI
  • Core clock: 750MHz
  • Stream Processors: 320 Stream Processing Units
  • Memory Clock: 2000MHz
  • DirectX: DirectX 10.1
  • OpenGL: OpenGL 2.0
  • HDMI: 1 via Adapter
  • DVI: 2
Although it only has a 128bit memory interface it makes up for this by the large amount of stream processors and the high core clock. It's cheaper than the 9600 and better.
