*chak the cable connection&label setting

*cheak head allignment it is proper or not

*cheak the configuration seeting

Xante ilumina 502 network menu lost
If the network menu is lost on your Xante Ilumina 502 printer, it may be possible to restore it by resetting the printer's network settings. Here are the general steps to reset the network settings on the Xante Ilumina 502:
