Sluggish/slow/memory full n73 solution

First, small size of RAM makes computer slow. When we use many programs at one time, computer tends to bogged down. Since, uploading/viewing pictures or watching videos on Facebook use many resources, it can result in freeze. This problem can be cured by increasing the size of RAM. An increased RAM size will make sure that enough space is available to run many programs at the same time.
Secondly, corrupt windows registry cause freezes in computer. With passage of time, registry becomes congested and corrupt. Registry is most vital part of the computer system that stores and use vital information.A neat and clean registry ensures smooth and fast computing. Clean registry means no Facebook kind of freezes. Has it always been slow? If not, you could back up all your data (synchronize it to your computer using the software on the CD that came with it,) then perform a hard rest - this will wipe everything off your phone. I have my N73ME for 1.5 years, now.

I had same problems. I've tried with log deleting, memory card removing, log setting to 1day - nothing.

Then, I dig through my N73 and I've found LifeBlog application which is incredibly filled with all my messages, pictures and stuff from the 1st day I bought it. Deleting of 5000 records went all night long.

One thing is also good. Before this I did firmware upgrade and now I don't have that annoying bug of being unable to call my contacts from time to time (which requires phone restart to).

My n73 had all kinds of problems like being really slow or unable to open some programs, screen freezes, and stuff like that. This usually means that the phone memory is full of junk that can't be removed and/or viruses. To completely rid yourself of that problem, try hard formatting the n73.

To format

1. turn phone off.
2. hold the following keys WHILE its turning back on: (3 + * + green call key)
3. do not let go until it asks you about your location

Your phone will gain 44mb back and go back to normal. Phone will respond a lot faster too, as if it were new. Viruses would be deleted as well as other junk stuffed inside.

Important reminder:

If you have anything stored on the phone memory that you woudn't want to delete, such as pictures, videos, or whatever, back it up to your memory card or computer. The format process deletes all stored memory on the phone, but not the memory card.
