You need to enter BIOS and disable boot from lan and make sure hard disk is set-up to be the 1st boot device. Then save and restart the computer.
If it still shows the "No bootable device---insert boot disk and press any key" you need to reinstall windows.

Sounds like your hd might be dead.
There is a loose connection between the hard drive and motherboard of the computer, that's why you are getting that message. You most likely need to take it to a computer repair shop so they can fix it.
