I'm supposing by eyepiece you mean the rubber or plastic eyecup. The eyepiece is the whole unit that contains the lens. Nikon has a service center in many countries. If you have one in your country then they can order the part. I have ordered from Nikon. They find the part number if you tell them your model and can email you an order form. Alternately Binoculars.com is very good to deal with as is Adorama Camera in New York. Both will sell internationally.
Bausch & Lomb was purchased by Bushnell in the 70's. Your elites are Japanese made and considered quite a good binocular. Bushnell continued to make the same binoculars bearing the Elite name but replaced B&L with Bushnell. The current elites are different shaped. You could contact Bushnell or you could go to a store in your area that may stock the older Bushnell Elites and try and see if the eyecups fit.
Good luck. These russian NVs are most often old 1st or 2ndGen that even when new was considered as junk science even by the russians. They export this stuff to USA with a cheap retail price but they do not support accessory issues. Most USA 1stGen, as old as they are, is better than most Russian 3rd Gen. You get what you pay for in this case. :)
These are the guys you need to contact if you are in the USA;
http://www.bushnell.com/general/binoculars_legacywp.cfm?section=General%20Use
They make a lot of the binoculars for B+L who make the optics, including the legacy models.
Hope this helps :)
