Purchased the Jenny Lind style crib from a rummage sale, but it didn't include the bars that support the pressed wood bottom (the flat piece that the mattress sits on) I believe they are called stabilizer bars. Thanks!

Wow, you are in a tight spot. Those will cost alot from Delta and they are rare on the used market.
You may get lucky if Delta has a recall for your crib, maybe, just maybe, they will send you them free.
If not hopefully they can sell you a set for a good price. Use the recall to your advantage if this is true.
Your posture board has the info you will need to ask them about.

Where can I buy parts for a Jenny Lind crib bought in 1982?

If you have the model number usually on the bottom of the crib, if it is one of the Jenny Lind make you will need to know the date it was made that is on the same spot. You may find it in Jenny Lind, but it depends if the crib is still replaceable or not. It all depends on their product replacement parts policy.

Keep in mind that "Jenny Lind" is actually a style name used by several different manufacturers. Although we can service most of the U.S. made cribs and cradles, it is very helpful to know who originally made the crib or cradle. "Jenny Lind" is not a manufacturer.

Check in this links:
- safety.evenflo.com/cs/sc/cssc99_RD (for contact)
- evenflo.com/replacement_parts (search right model and manufactured date).

Hope this helps.

I have no idea who the manufactor is of my Jenny Lind crib. All I know is I purchased it at Foleys department store in 1980 and I need all the hardware for this crib. Where do I get this from?

A Jenny Lind crib is a style I believe. There are and were many manufactuers of this style. Simmons Juvenile products used to make these but I believe they are out of business.Evenflo currently makes a Jenny Lind crib. You can buy/or use, used Jenny Lind cribs but it is strongly advisable that you don't. Older baby beds don't comply with today's safety standards; if you are buying/using a baby crib you may even be unknowingly buying one that was the subject of a recall. If you do go ahead a by a used one make sure it has JPMA certificate. Try to find the serial number somehwere and check for recalls. You can find a new bed for less than $100.00 new, that might be lot easier and safer than finding the parts.

Crib hardware

Thank you to the Grandma J who pointed out the Jenny Lind is a style, not a company! I have two different Jenny Lind cribs and I found the phone numbers for parts right on the crib, on the mattress support for both cribs, with each company. Just remove the mattress and your information should be there!!!
