Download the driver direct from marvell.com it is actually the card that installed on the motherboard.

download and install "nVidia Chipset(CK804) driver version V6.65 for Windows XP(WHQL)" (On Others). It will install network driver.

Here is the site for your mainboard. Select your Operating System and you will find the drivers for your hardware. I think your network card is part of the chipset drivers so make sure you get them installed. Good luck!

Your board has the nForce 4 chipset from nVidia which is what controls your network chipset. If your running XP you can get the drivers here. If its another OS you can get the drivers from the nVidia site. Look under Legacy Drivers-->nForce 4 AMD.
