This sounds like a RAM problem.
Remove the current memory modules and blow out the slots with canned air.
Make sure that the RAM doesn't have any corrosion on the pins.
Now insert the RAM back into the slots. -Make sure that it is properly seated-
I this doesn't solve the problem, that you will need to get some known good RAM, and try that. If that still doesn't fix your problem, then your motherboard is dead, and you'll need to purchase a new one.
