It seems that yahoo has been upgrading their servers and in the process many people are getting the same error as you.
In the mean time you can use the following link to access your email:
US: http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail

It should work with that link assuming you have a us yahoo account.

This seems to be a problem with the latest Yahoo! interface.

Please try to use http://wap.yahoo.com temporarily in accessing your emails. If you find a setting where you can revert it to Yahoo! Classic, it would be much better.

Its just the Yahoo Mail Server Problem, it will happen sometimes. If your getting problem try connecting after sometime. There is no problem with your account you dont have to worry. Many yahoo user faces this kind of problem. Its will be fixed soon by yahoo hope so..
