Clothes not drying

Clothes not drying? Thats it? Does the dryer turn on at all? Does it tumble the clothes but doesn't get warm? If it turns on and tumbles but takes a long time to dry, then your heating element is not working. There is a thermal fuse right before the heating element that will open up if the vent becomes clogged and its gets too hot. The thermal fuse is not resettable and will have to be replaced. If the thermal fuse is o.k. then your heating element could be burned out. These two items almost require an electrical meter to read continuity to check them. Make sure the dryer is unplugged before checking these items.

My creda mode tcr2 isnt drying my clothes anymore

Hi,

If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have nottaken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then youneed to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should takeplace. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causesfor your dryer to fail.

I have a whirlpool dryer and the heating eleiment is getting hot but the dryer inside is barley warm

Inside of the dryer gets warmed up when the drum rotates as there is circulation of air. Hope your clothes are drying. If it takes long time then clean the screen filter as it gets clogged with the flint from clothes. As a matter of routine clean this filter every time you use it before starting the drying process.

Whirlpool dryer model #GEW9250PT1 not drying properly

when was the last time you cleaned your dryer?all a dryer does is move air around and if it can't cycle through the dryer the clothes won't dry. unplug the dryer and then you need to clean the duct that the lint filter slides into, vac out the inside of dryer where the motor is and clean out the vent line,if the vent line is a long run from the back of dryer to the outside vent i use a leaf blower to clean it out, make sure the outside vent is clear first then blow it out,if it's a short run vac it out, most problems start just from lint buildup, the clothes don't dry the dryer runs hot and parts start messin up,also vac out under your fridge, take the bottom kick plate off and vac it out,you can kill the compreesor if you don't,good luck
