When you click 'print' on your computer, change the printer-settings to "double-sided" or "print on both sides", and then click OK. The printer will do the rest.
in control panel go to printer and faxes. there you will get your printer in printer tab. right click on your printer model, go to property, to printing preference. there in maintenance tab go to head cleaning. run the head cleaning programme once or twice. your problem will solved.
thank you
the body of text of the test page is black ink. From what you describe, the print heads are clogged. Most HPs use cartridges that have the head built in, but if not used for an externded period they can dry up and clog.
Try repeated head cleanings (10 or more) see if any change. If none, try new HP ink cartridges
I had the same problem. Didn't find the answer. I removed the HP 1280 driver and installed HP 1220 Driver. It worked. It prints all the sizes perfectly. What is in name if we get the prints on A3 size. whether it is HP 1280 or HP 1220 :)
