the phone is locked. it has been claimed on by the insurance and the service provider has locked it. you wont be able to unlock it, the phone is useless. the only way you can get round it is by illigally changing the imei number.

Hi the 7100 is not on this site but i suggesst you try the 7110 or above and you should get the codeyou need

To get the IMEI: press *#06# on your keypad and a 15 digit code will appear on your screen. Type this in the relevant box and follow the instructions.

If it doesn't work mail me and i will get you the required code. but send me the IMEI when you mail me.
