USB Flash Drives have become a hot topic in the business community. Their compact size, relative low cost, large storage capacities, and ease of use lend them to a broad range of applications. While many flash drives end up in single user or personal use applications, a growing number are finding their way into mass distribution channels such as software distribution where many drives need to be produced with the same or slightly varying content. In order to meet that need, a Flash Drive (or "Memory Stick") Duplicator is often the best choice. Unfortunately, there are nearly as many varieties of duplicator as there are flash drives for them to copy and selecting the proper one for your needs can be a difficult operation with expensive consequences should a poor choice be made. We at NCI want our customers to make informed decisions and we want them to be happy with the selection they make - even if they choose to buy elsewhere.
Insignia players mount on almost any computer with the generic mass storage driver. Two extra drive letters appear in Windows Explorer when the usb is plugged in. You can then drag your music into the Music folder. You can use any mp3 encoder/cd ripper software. Otherwise the CD contains software that is either available elsewhere (Rapsody) or is commercial software. (MediaConverter 2) is the reason why Insignia doesn't have the CD contents available for download on their website.
The camera creates its own folder named " DCIM " during the initial Format process
New folders would be created in this folder. To recover your lost images
Try removing the memory card and connecting it via a card reader/usb adapter to browse the contents of the card. Save all pictures elsewhere on your PC.
But chances are when you created the new folder the camera may have deleted the contents of the default folder. (the previous existing photos)
Save any photos you can find & re-format the memory card using Camera settings menu.
Alternately, you need to install the USB drivers supposedly saved in the phone memory when shipped from the factory. Likewise saved is a copy of PhoneSuite which must be copied/installed in your PC. This solution was actually posted elsewhere here in FixYa by monir.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
