Try the default: 1234
If that doesn't work, do a hard reset. http://www.zyxel.co.uk/web/support_faq_detail.php?faqID=17&pid=20060330164958
To perform a factory reset:
1) Power off the router,
2) Hold down the recessed reset button on the rear of the unit (keep it held down)
3) Power on the router with the reset button still pressed down.
4) You will notice all the LAN lights flash at the same time which will indicate that the router has reset - this takes up to 30 seconds.
5) When all the LAN lights do flash simultaneously you can let go of the reset button.
Your router is now reset. The default IP address is "192.168.1.1" and the default password is "1234".
Testimonial: "thanks for the reply at-least. but how can i hide my ip address?"
Hello, I'd be glad to help!
Please make sure to thumbsup me!
On the back of your router there is a button that says reset. Push that button until the POWER LED beings to blink
Now your router will be reset to the defaults (password will be reset to 1234)
Go to 192.168.1.1 and enter that password. You will be able to setup all your settings in there.
Good Luck!
You need to reset your router, everything will be just like when you bought it, default password included. You need to press the reset button for about 15 seconds with a pencil o something similar, for the pointy end. The reset button is located between the ethernet connectors and the power source.
You can't hide your IP, it's necessary for every service you access that they know your IP. What you can do is disable the ability for every external source to ping you. You can find that in the settings, although i think it's enabled by default.

Did you change the password when you set this up the first time.... or is it still the default password?
